900 Development purchased the site in 2010 and managed the development process to deliver the retail and office combine use building.
Set within this prime location, the site had operated as the paper factory for decades. As a result significant demolition and environmental works were required to restore the site ready for development. 900 Development managed planning approvals, design and construction reviews and project managed the building.
